All flights and seedings will be based on November 1st Handicap Indexes.

Men's Championship Flight - Thursday through Saturday
The Men's Championship Flight is comprised of the defending champion and the 7 lowest scoring qualifiers. The Qualifier is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 6th at 1:30 p.m. if necessary. The Men's Championship Flight will compete at scratch from the II Teeing Ground.

Men's Flighted Divisions - Thursday through Saturday
The Men's Flighted Divisions will play at 100% Handicap. Each flight will be determined by the handicap index and will be comprised of 8 participants.

PLEASE NOTE: EACH FLIGHT WILL COMPETE FROM THE SAME TEEING GROUNDS, ASSIGNED BY THE GOLF PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Ladies' Championship Flight - Thursday through Saturday
The Ladies' Championship Flight is comprised of the Defending Champion and the 7 lowest scoring qualifiers. The Qualifier is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 6th at 1:30 p.m. if necessary. The Ladies' Championship Flight will play at Scratch from the VI Teeing Ground.

Ladies' Flighted Divisions - Friday and Saturday
The Ladies' Flighted Divisions will play at 100% handicap from the VI Teeing Ground. Each flight will be determined by handicap index and will be comprised of 4 participants.

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off Holes 1 & 10 each day throughout the competition. The Entry Fee for this event is $75 plus tax and cart fees. This fee includes the golf entry, and a casual awards celebration with heavy hors' dourves on Saturday afternoon from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

As a special benefit to allow for all players to have at least 2 days of golf, any players losing on the first day will move into a consolation flight and are expected to play on the second day. The pairings and spacing are dependent upon everyone honoring their commitment to the second day.

The deadline for our Championship Flights due to potential qualifiers will be Saturday, November 3rd at 4:00 p.m. The deadline for all other entries will be Monday, November 5th, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event start will be responsible for their entry fees.
