 | CHEHALEM WINE DINNER Friday, January 17th, 2014 6 PM $95.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity Limited to 40 reservations Attention Oenophiles!
Our first wine dinner of the 2014 season is going to feature the wines of Chelahem Vineyards and will be presented by the winery owner himself, Mr. Harry Peterson-Nedry. Harry Peterson-Nedry is the founder, winemaker, and managing partner for Chelahem, one of Oregon’s premier wineries. Harry founded Chelahem in 1990 and his hands-on approach to winemaking began. Within five years, he had expanded the winery’s estate holdings to include partnerships in Corral Creek Vineyards and Stoller Vineyards in the southern Dundee Hills.
Two of the wines featured this evening will be wines not available to the general public as Harry will bring them for us to taste right from his library reserves. Don’t miss this terrific pairing of food and wine, as Chef Chad steps it up with a creative and distinctive menu matching and complimenting note for note the characteristics of these wonderful wines.
This special wine event is limited to 40 attendees and is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM on Friday, January 17th, 2014. The charge will be $95.00 per person and includes all wines, appetizers, and dinner.
